The H.E.A.R. Model

The H.E.A.R. model is a great approach to any conflict or situation you are facing that you are struggling with. It places you out of your perspective and into the one you are facing. It requires deep reflection as it can be applied to even past situations. Through this model I have learned how to analyze situations and what the other party is feeling as well what they are wanting. Below is the model that was directed to use by my OGL 340 professor Bill Irwin on Nov. 16th, 2023.

For this I will like to use the breakdown sheet for this assignment. The Core 1 assignement is the skeleton for this project and was trip down memory lane for my degree. It was fascinating to see my past work and learnings that have lead up to where I am today.
