"The Hook"

OGL 340: Aikido way to Conflict Resolution.

Learning about the Hook in this course helped me grow to understand how my emotions can alter and influence choice. Sometimes we are the origin of conflict by accident causing it. As an effective leader avoiding hooks is vital, and as well as casting them to cause conflict. The "Hook" is an invitation for conflict whether your in an argument, or trying to explain a frustrating topic or even in a managerial sitation to seperate someone. My artifact goes over an assignment that made me practice this technique. It was for OGL 340 and complete on Nov. 14th, 20203 for Professor Bill Irwin.

OGL 200

This artifact I have provided help me observe and reflect on how dynamics in different organizational environments. For this paper I observed my own Starbucks Store that I used to manage. I noticed the difference in environment and could see another perspective in management style that still had a successful outcome. This paper was created on March 19th, 2023 for professor Kermit Brown.
